You connect your own Stripe account once, from the trainer dashboard, and clients subscribe to you on it directly. The money goes from your client to your Stripe account. It never passes through hiignite, and we take 0%: no platform fee, no percentage, and no surcharge on top of Stripe's own processing rate, which several coaching platforms mark up. Today that covers recurring monthly subscriptions; one-off charges and prepaid session packs are not in hiignite yet.

Yes, a 90-day free trial on every plan, monthly or yearly, and no contract. Your card is saved when you start so your plan continues without a gap. Nothing is charged for 90 days, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing. After that, monthly plans are month to month, with no minimum term. The trial is once per account.

On day 90 your first charge goes through, for the month or the year ahead on the plan you picked, and your clients keep training without a gap. We email you a reminder 7 days before. You can cancel from Settings at any time: before day 90 nothing is charged, and after it your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Storage packs are part of the paid plan, so adding one during the trial ends the trial and starts billing that day.
