How to work backwards from the income you need and the hours you actually have, why per-session pricing punishes you as you improve, and how to raise prices on an existing roster without the conversation going badly. Includes the arithmetic of what a client costs you to serve once software, payment processing and your own time are counted.

Exporting the sheet is the easy part. The hard part is that your programming lives in cell formatting, tab names and conventions only you remember. Most form-check exchanges fail for boring reasons: the camera angle hides the joint that matters, the clip is too long to review, or the feedback arrives four days later. Building a block once and reusing it is the single biggest time saving available to a solo coach, and most people template the wrong layer. What belongs in a template versus what has to stay per-client, how to structure progressions so a swap does not cascade, and how to keep a library small enough to actually navigate.
